How This Childs Life Saved the Others That Followed
This website is dedicated to the life of Suzanne Schwartz and her fight for life which today has helped so many others. As a result of her mothers ongoing research and development Dysautonomia became a recognized disorder in 1993. Today the doctor who attacked the natural mother under oath; is of retirement age, no longer the "ONLY WORLD EXPERT", and most importantly has been proven to have been in scientific error when Dr. Axelrod testified under oath in a New York City Court in 1990.
Our hearts go out this Holiday Season to all the families of children who had/or have Familial Dysautonomia today.This is when two parents both of Ashkenazi descent carry the mutation on chromosome9q31 which was not the cause in the case of Suzanne Schwartz. In this instant; the natural Father, Max Sander Schwartz of Latvian descent was the sole gene carrier. The mother tested DNA negative for the gene or any Jewish Ashkenazi genetic make-up.
Children born with Familial Dysautonomia have the most severe form of Dysautonomia, most first identified with POTS, progressing from Stage 1 to Stage 4 and eventually death very early in life.
Dr. Axelrod had her practice so well organized that regardless of parental income; she pushed the parents into financial ruin and their children onto the Welfare Rolls creating her own patient database. Did this doctor have a conscious? Apparently not. She used other doctors to do the dirty work with a social service office in her private NYU practice to set the parents up to give their children to her. Her own belief that she was sparing the parents from terrible pain while inflicting the most inhumane; medical care on any child since the days of the Nazi regime.
When a parent refused to deliver their child to her; Dr. Axelrod had NYS Social Services attack the parents and take the child away. Who would have believed that an Aushowitz style Medical Camp was being run out of NYU Medical Center? All of these parents who visit their childrens gravesites today !
As of result of Dr. Axelrod's human experimentation, today children under her care, pass in their homes as parents refuse to allow any further Mengelian style medicine to be performed on their children.
Our hearts and prayers go out to all of their families. America can now say; "NEVER AGAIN".
The natural mother wishes to thank Stanford University, UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Eric Shooter, Dr. Marvin Ament, Dr. James Watson and Dr. R. Buckminister Fuller and the many others whose scientific research finally ended this reign of terror on Jewish children, their families and our country.

Max Schwartz, the natural father, himself an abused child ( click on exhibit HERE; never paid any child support or alimony to his ex-wife or child (see NYC Dept. of Social Services..click on exhibit MAX. In order to avoid his parental responsibilities Mr. Schwartz colluded with one Dr. Felicia B. Axelrod and US Life Insurance Company. In his attempt to cut off all medical care to his child, he allowed Dr. Axelrod to assume full responsibility for his childs medical care through years of court ordered litigation.
This resulted in the first Mrs. Schwartz being forced to work full time, obtain legal counsel and cover all out of pocket medical expenses for their childs care. She was a full time computer professional researcher. All parties involved were surprised to learn that the natural mother with her own medical team had developed a treatment protocol which today still contains Proprietary and Trade Secret Materials. This protocol resulted in Suzannes Dysautonomic Remission while in her mothers care.
Dr. Axelrod in her zeal to gain another human subject harassed Suzanne/her family and violated her previous agreement by attempting to obtain full access to proprietary research materials in the possession of US Life Insurance Company with the assistance of Max Schwartz the natural father. This allowed Mr. Schwartz to hide his trust fund assets. Dr. Axelrod assisted him in obtaining institutionalized care for the balance of Suzannes natural life. The father was in a financial position to afford all of her medical care from his own resources. She passed alone without her loved ones in 1998.

Why The Mother Is Always The Abuser
Max Schwartz came from a dysfunctional family and broken home. He was raised by his mother and grandparents. The father left while his son was very young due to the on-going mental illness of his wife and her refusal to get medical help.
The young Max Schwartz moved out of his home at the age of 14. As a youngster; many neighborhood friends would come to help him get out of a home where he was a victim of sexual abuse. Everyone believed they were doing the correct thing. The bi-polar mother a brilliant cook; never let anyone out of her home with her son until they ate her gourmet food. This poor young man was given a twin bed to sleep on and no way out of this terrible situation, eventually turning to hard drugs to survive the horrors of his existence.
Max Schwartz's childhood experiences formed his attitudes toward all women. After growing up with a bi-polar mother as a primary care taker; he mistrusted all women. His internal defenses were principally denial of any or all unpleasant facts. This made it easy for Max Schwartz to find fault with anyone or anything that frustrated him.
His later diagnosis of having an untreatable narcissistic personality was a direct result of his neurotic defense mechanisms.
Dr. Axelrod was easily able to manipulate this man to see his children's mother as evil manipulative individuals.
MAX SCHWARTZ THE FRAUDSTER
This section has posted the legal agreement signed by Max Schwartz and his former wife in conjunction with the United States Life Insurance company. This agreement identifies and legally confirms that at no time did the natural mother or her nursing staff ever engage in any inappropriate or illegal actions. click on the blue link to read the Stipulation of Settlement !
This agreement came into being because Max Schwartz decided to take control of Suzannes medical care; thereby cutting off her nursing support staff.
Don't let this devious sinister man fool you !!! As a result of this agreement Max Schwartz hid his assets from his fathers estate and as the legal guardian of Suzanne Schwartz completed fraudulent papers for NYS Medicad stating he had no income (while in control of funds in excess of millions as dollars).
After doing so; he purchased a home in New Jersey before abruptly institutionalizing Suzanne and moving to Stuart, Florida where he resides today. His collection of homes, cars and boats are all a matter of public record.
This allowed him to institutionalize Suzanne while telling people he was going to bring her home. In the last year of her life NYS paid in excess of $3.6 million dollars while Max Schwartz sat on his trust fund worth millions. Additionally; with the help of Dr. Axelrod, Max Schwartz placed Suzanne Schwartz up for adoption but no family would accept her. He never paid one penny of child support although he was court ordered to do so. Nor did the state of New York pursue him because of Dr. Axelrod. Please keep in mind at no time where the mothers legal rights to Suzanne ever terminated. The real question is "who are they still protecting and why?
HOW SUZANNE SAVED SO MANY LIVES
As any mother would, Suzanne's mother found that Antihistamines resolved most of her child's medical problems. Like all dysautonomia patients; Suzanne was diagnosed with POTS through her cardiologist.
When Dr. Axelrod was contacted; a battle over the Normal Standard of Medical Care ensued. The mother a fortune 500 Consultant was astonished that this doctor wanted control over her daughters medical care. The mother insisted this had to BE A GENE MUTATION.
The Axelrod care plan required the insertion of an immediate feeding tube, major surgery, valium, 2000mg. of chlorahydrate multiple times a day, thorazine and ever known anti-psychotic on the market; especially those off shelf drugs. By the time Dr. Axelrod had completed her treatment protocol; Suzanne at age 18 before death had not progressed past her first grade teaching with her natural mother.
Instead, she was paralyzed from the waist down, blind, with permanent mental retardation. THE AXELROD CARE PLAN FOR FAMILIAL DYSAUTONOMIA.
Dr. Axelrod refused to allow the Nutritional Food Care Plan the Mothers Nursing Team had created which allowed Suzanne to digest foods she was not allergic to. Instead the Axelrod feeding tube was the life line for Dr. Axelrod to keep these children alive. Cases would be assigned out to other doctors for the balance of a childs care. Children with Familial Dysautonomia were farmed out to hospitals like Blythedale Children's Hospital and St. Marys Childrens Hospital. The children now required so much maintenance; parents could no longer care for their child at home.
In 1993 through the marvels of modern science the genetic mutation that causes dysautonomia was finally identified located on chromosone 9q31. The mother's original postulate was scientifically confirmed. The nightmare had ended but not in time to save Suzanne.
Suzannes life was not in vain, and following this discovery in 1993 new medical care, treatment and protocols came into being. Today less than 100 children in the USA have this rare form of Familial Dysautonomia. Many of these children now pass in their homes with their families. The holocaust has ended.
Today
the primary treatment for dysautonomia is Antihistamines
and dietary management. Each patients care is individually tailored by their
treating doctors throughout the country.

As a result of a federal investigation by her natural mother on Febuary 29, 1988; retaliatory action was taken against the mother by the natural father and Dr. Felicia Bliss Axelrod of New York University . The answers to the two questions asked in the Federal Investigation letter that were not answered then are answered below: Is Dr. Axelrod is related to Dr. David Axelrod, Head of the N.Y.S. Dept. of Health? The answer is YES. Is Dr. Axelrod is related to Dr. Julis Axelrod, Head of the National Institute of Health? The answer is YES. Was there nepotism involved? Of Course. Did Dr. Axelrod's aggressive drug protocols help maintain a permanent state of illness in her patients? The answer is YES. Who benefits? Only Dr. Axelrod who purports to being the sole world expert in this disorder and has recieved huge amounts of funding for research in this disorder; that all went to waste as a result of Dr. Axelrod's continued fraudulent research behavior. Suzanne Schwartz passed away as a warehoused individual at Cumberland Hospital in New Kent, Virginia under the temporary custody of her natural father Max Sander Schwartz of Stuart Florida who visited her on occassion. The father denied all maternal family contact once the child was in his temporary custody. The father's motive was to avoid paying for his child's medical needs from his multi-million dollar trust fund; the father Max Sander Schwartz filed false Medicaid applications that were accepted by the State of New York. The New York State Attorney's General's office paid Cumberland Hospital in New Kent, Virginia approximately $360,000.00 for the calendar year of 1998 alone. Suzanne Schwartz was housed between Cumberland Hospital and St. Lukes Medical Center in New York City for 10 years of her natural life. The cumulative amount over Suzanne's lifespan amounted to approximately $3.5 Million Dollars that should have been paid by her natural father Max Sander Schwartz. Suzanne was the Victim of Institutional Abuse by her natural father. In spite of an earlier agreement Dr. Felicia Bliss Axelrod of New York University Familial Dysautonomia Center acted in a highly unethical manner. The Federal Allegations against Dr. Axelrod was based upon a series of queries from the CRISP Database; eventually made available to the public by former President Clinton in 1994. Today under the Obama Administration; the CRISP database has been retired and replaced with the NIH Reporter Database. This convenient update also deleted all Federal Funding of one Dr. F.B. Axelrod. A convenient systems upgrade. MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't let foxes guard the chicken coop........ The structural errors in the New York State Medicaid Fraud Program from the 1980's are still maintained in their database structure today. Our government is based upon a system of checks and balances. When watchguards are not in place this type of flagrant abuse causes an increase in New York State Medicaid costs unfairly resulting in N.Y. State Real Estate Taxes being increased needlesly to cover the shortfall in Medicaid costs. Based upon the current estimated patients that are warehoused; one can easily extrapolate $300 Billion Dollars in uncollected Medicaid refunds due New York State taxpayers. "New York's disaster can be summed up in one word--Medicaid. While Medicaid is the principal social-services burden in every other state, in New York it is swallowing the entire economy."
